Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide/ Magnesium Carbonate/Magnesium Hydroxide and Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) 125 mg
L-Glutamic Acid 25 mg
L-Lysine HCl 12 mg
Boron (as Boron Aspartate/Boron Citrate) 1 mg

Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults one tablet three times daily before meals or as directed by a health professional.

If pregnant or breastfeeding or have a medical condition, ask a health professional before use. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place.
Contains NO yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial coloring or artificial preservatives.
This product contains Vitamin K, which interferes with the prescription drugs Coumadin?? and Warfarin. If you are taking these or similar prescription drugs, consult a health professional before you use this product.
