The ACTIVE vitamin Bs utilize premium source ingredients such as methylcobalamin, Metafolin??, riboflavin-5-phosphate and pyridoxal-5-phosphate. These are in the bodys most preferred active forms, helping to provide support to energy production and metabolic processes. The vitamin B complex consists of vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin and niacinamide), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate) and B12 (methylcobalamin).
