In relation to the liver, White Birch Bud rpomotes strong macrophagic actions in the Kuppfer cells to help stimulate the liver. White Birch Bud slows down and stops cartilage destruction and reduces inflammation. In terms of inflammation, Black Alder is a good compliment to the White Birch bud.
