Aesculus hippocastanum relieves chronic venous insufficiency (1) causing congestion, especially in the extremities and hemorrhoidal veins (2). Supported by Paeonia officinalis and Collinsonia canadensis, Proctosan Cream is indicated for hemorrhoids (3) and fissures (4).
