Additional product info: Liquid Iron is a micronized, dispersible iron pyrophosphate source. Iron pyrophosphate (ferric pyrophosphate) has been clinically studied and demonstrated to have absorption and bioavailability similar to ferrous sulfate.1 This non-irritating, dispersible, micro-encapsulated, sustained-release form does not react with product formulations (no taste/color impact).2 This micro-encapsulated form of iron has been shown in human clinical studies to be effective for improving iron status and reducing risk of iron-deficient anemia.3
