Caution in patients with deficiency and cold of the Spleen and Stomach and is contraindicated in vomiting caused by cold in the middle jiao. . UTD has a diuretic effect. Though this potential interaction has not been documented, concurrent use with diuretic drugs may lead to increased elimination of water and/or electrolytes.
